The Project
Sarah Constructions has been successful in securing the Design & Construct contract for Bloom, the next apartment complex in the Glenside masterplan. The project consists of 59 residential apartments, appealing to people aged 55 years and over, featuring a clubhouse, barbeque areas and a swimming pool, and will also feature both basement and ground level carparking to accommodate residents and guests.
The project is due for completion in the first quarter of 2025.
