Rodney joined Hallett Group in June 2022 as the General Manager of Strategy and Business Improvement and recently became the Chief Operational Officer. Rodney has 20+ years of experience in the construction materials, manufacturing and ship building industries. Prior to joining Hallett Group, Rodney was the State Manager of Concrete and Quarries at Boral, but also held a number of senior roles during his tenure, in functional areas including production, technical, sales and project management.

Rodney has a Masters in Business Administration, Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Management, a Diploma in Mining surface operations and a Certificate IV in WHS and Training and Assessing. Rodney also holds a First Class Mine Managers Certificate.

Rodney is a highly experienced, hands-on business leader with an established record for delivering strong operational and commercial performance. He has demonstrated industry expertise in continuous improvement and a strong track record of achievement in leadership and the development of high performing teams.
