Kym came to Hallett Group as a Graduate Engineer after completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). His early work on continuous improvement and error proofing across all aspects of business operations helped build the base for future growth of the business.

During his time at Hallett Concrete, Kym successfully helped deliver projects including Masters Adelaide Airport, Liebherr Australia and Project Managed Nyrstar Port Pirie Transformation Project where 25,000m3 of concrete was supplied from two mobile plants.

Kym became Transport Manager where he worked to steer the transport business towards a successful transformation into a highly efficient and optimized team who elevated Hallett Group to becoming one of the leading uses of high-performance PBS vehicles in the state.

Recently Kym became General Manager of the Structural and Building Materials division where his leadership helped shape and align the business on a path of continued success and growth, reclaiming its position as preferred supplier to the majority of volume home builders in SA.
