David Stuart joined Hallett Group in May 2020 as Chief Information Officer. David is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of innovation and delivery. He is skilled in business process, IT strategy, data warehousing, mentoring and management. As CIO at Hallett Group, David is an integral advisor and partner in advancing the groups technological capabilities.

David is an experienced business leader, having founded and successfully run his own business for 14 years prior to joining the group. David has a Masters in Network and Systems Administration and brings 20+ years experience.

In the time that David has been with the Group, he has been instrumental in crafting and implementing comprehensive technology strategies aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing security, fostering efficiency, and driving growth. Working with internal and external stakeholders, David has played a pivotal role in completing transformative projects such as the successful implementation of a new concrete dispatch system, new all of group payroll system, and the development of many group system integrations.
