William has recently been appointed Executive General Manager (EGM) – Concrete, building on his strong track record since joining the Hallett Group in June 2025 as General Manager of Safety, Health, Environment, Compliance & People and Culture.

William brings extensive experience across a range of sectors including quarrying, concrete, mining, transport, civil, and government. He has held both operational and functional leadership roles across large-scale client and contractor environments, giving him a well-rounded and practical understanding of the industry.

With a hands-on leadership style and a strong operational focus, William offers a depth of experience that will support the continued growth and performance of the concrete division. His educational background includes Advanced Leadership Management, Project Management, Integrated Systems Management, Safety & Environmental Systems Management, along with qualifications in injured worker rehabilitation management and training and assessing.
